Job Description

Our housekeepers ensure that residents’ living areas are clean and maintained to high standards. You should be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and politely. The ideal candidate is pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a stocked cleaning cart with necessary items
• Respect residents’ rights, dignity, and individuality in all interactions
• Clean assigned resident apartments and common areas daily, following facility procedures
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences regarding room arrangements and personal items, knocking before entering, and seeking input on cleaning methods within reason
• Dispose of trash and waste safely, following precautions for contaminated materials

Qualifications

• Experience in house, office, or hotel cleaning preferred
• Ability to follow cleaning product instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Punctuality and reliability
