Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for Bexley Westshore in Cumming, GA. You’ll clean leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and model homes, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a starting wage of $17/hour plus bonuses. A $1,000 Stay Bonus is paid after 90 days of good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance team with housekeeping tasks.

What You’ll Do as a Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable environment for our residents and prospects by:

• Cleaning leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other amenity spaces
• Cleaning and preparing vacant apartments and model homes
• Restocking and maintaining resident coffee stations and common areas
• Completing touch-ups and freshening move-in ready apartments
• Helping maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
• Supporting the maintenance team with additional housekeeping-related tasks as needed

• This is hands-on work. You’ll spend your day cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, model homes, amenity spaces, and occasionally handling less pleasant cleaning tasks.
• Many responsibilities are repetitive. Daily cleaning routines are an important part of keeping our communities looking their best.
• This is an active position. You’ll spend much of the day walking, standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the community. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of the position.
