Position: Housekeeper

Part of a nationwide family of CCRCs, we are seeking a Housekeeper to provide campus cleaning and minor maintenance to meet the needs of residents and staff, ensuring facilities are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing cleaning tasks in assigned areas following schedules and standards, including floors, walls, vents, windows, etc.
• Completing minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, and replacing batteries.
• Assisting with trash removal, linen handling, and resident moves.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting repairs needed.
• Participating in campus snow and ice management.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and/or maintenance.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Dependability, organization, and ability to work independently.
• Interest in working with older adults; weekend availability may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $16.35 - $17.11 per hour. Full-time employees enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, and more.
