Job summary

Senior Lifestyle's Addington Place of Clarkston is seeking a reliable team member to help maintain clean, welcoming living spaces for residents. You will clean resident apartments, hallways and common areas, and assist in preparing empty units for new move-ins.

You will respond promptly to resident requests, support emergencies when needed, and uphold a positive, professional attitude towards residents, visitors and coworkers in a warm, community-centered environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities in varying situations.
• Maintain a friendly, positive demeanor with residents and coworkers.

Job Description

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We will train you.
• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
