Good Shepherd Fairview Home is seeking an energetic Housekeeper to join our team and keep resident spaces and communal areas clean and inviting. The shift runs 7:00am to 2:30pm, with about 70 hours every two weeks and every other weekend off.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18, and can read, write and speak English. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• Previous housekeeping/ large scale commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean common areas, facility spaces and residents' living spaces according to schedule.
• Clean floors, glass, vacuum, disinfect bathrooms, make beds and dust surfaces.
• Maintain appearance and general cleanliness for residents, family members and staff.

Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for an energetic Housekeeper to join our team!

7:00am - 2:30pm 70hours/bi-weekly pay period

Every other weekend

Position Summary

The housekeeper will maintain the appearance and general cleanliness of the community for the comfort and use of residents, family members, visitors, and employees. The housekeeper will clean common areas, facility spaces and residents' living spaces according to schedule to maintain a healthy and attractive environment. Duties include but not limited to; cleaning floors, glass cleaning, vacuuming, disinfecting bathrooms, making beds and dusting surfaces.

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred

License: N/A

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language

Experience: Previous housekeeping/ large scale commercial cleaning experience preferred

Physical Demands

Occasionally: Lifting/Carrying 26+ lbs Pushing/Pulling 1-50+ lbs Sitting Crawling Climbing Stairs Climbing Ladders
