A housekeeper is responsible for meeting high standards in customer service and cleanliness at one of our luxury, high-rise apartment buildings in Cincinnati!

Job Requirements:

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning required, prior experience in multi-family housekeeping preferred
• Ability to work in a downtown Cincinnati location
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Follow all Fair Housing laws and established policies and procedures
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License Required
