Job summary

Senior Suites of Auburn Gresham is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas in our Chicago community. The role includes cleaning, preparing empty units for move-ins, and ensuring residents are satisfied by promptly addressing needs.

You will respond to resident emergencies as needed and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor toward residents and coworkers. Training is provided; English communication is required.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We will train you.
• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
