Job summary

The Aspenwood Company is seeking a compassionate, friendly individual to support residents at Village on Morehead, an Independent Living community in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on cleaning apartments and community spaces and handling laundry with care.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate. A genuine desire to work with seniors and patience with dementia-related behaviors are essential; weekend and holiday availability is required.

The Aspenwood Company is looking for a compassionate, friendly, meticulous individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with seniors. This opportunity is at our Village onMorehead, an Independent Living senior community.

You will be responsible for cleaning occupied/empty apartments and community areas, laundry as assigned, etc. Housekeeping experience preferred but not necessary. We will train the right candidates. Must desire to work with seniors and have a tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes.

Part Time

Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
