NRP Group is seeking a diligent Housekeeper in Carrollton, TX to ensure residents have a clean, safe, comfortable living environment. You will thoroughly clean apartments, common areas, and laundry rooms, with responsibilities including trash removal, vacuuming, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to cleanliness and safety, with strong English communication and prior custodial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED highly preferred; strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred; familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans apartments prior to new residents moving in, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
• Strips and waxes hallways; cleans laundry rooms, offices, maintenance shops, clubhouse and all common areas.
• Cleans windows, doors and furnishings; vacuums carpets; handles trash in common areas.
• Occasional tasks include delivering notices, minor repairs such as replacing bulbs and blinds, touch-up painting and caulking.
