Job summary

Excel Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and maintain public areas, deliver guest amenities, and support room and laundry operations. The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to standards, and efficient housekeeping workflow in a hotel environment.

The position requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow directions to complete tasks on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours daily.
• Follow verbal directions and complete tasks on schedule.

• Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
• Thoroughly cleans and maintains guest rooms according to standards including vacuuming carpet, changing linens, polishing mirrors, cleaning sink, toilet, tub, shower walls, shower curtain and floors.
• Completes all stocking and organizational duties, including stocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.

Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various public areas inside of the hotel, delivering amenities and requested items to guests, facilitating the cleaning of the guest rooms and various other laundry and housekeeping projects
