The Grand at Broomfield, part of Stellar Senior Living, is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to maintain clean living areas for residents. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, at our large senior living community in Broomfield, Colorado. We offer $18/hour, full-time benefits, and an on-demand pay option to eligible staff.

You’ll keep resident spaces spotless, follow cleaning protocols, respect privacy, and contribute to a safe, comfortable home for our residents and their families.

Formación

• Proven experience in house, office or hotel cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning product instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• A record of punctuality and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a stocked cleaning cart with needed items.
• Respects residents' rights, dignity and individuality in all interactions.
• Cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily per facility procedures.
• Respects resident privacy, asks before entering rooms and adapts methods as appropriate.
• Disposes of trash and waste safely following precautions for contaminated materials.

Job Description

Our housekeepers keep our residents living areas clean and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a stocked cleaning cart with needed items.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity, and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily according to facility procedures.
• Respects resident’s privacy and preferences about room arrangement, personal items. input on preferred Knocks before entering resident areas. Seeks resident cleaning methods within reason.
• Disposes of trash and waste, other materials in a safe manner using identified precautions for any contaminated materials.

Qualifications
