Job summary

Brian Head Resort is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces at Brian Head Lodge. You will ensure guests enjoy a spotless, home-like stay with attention to detail and professional communication with team members and guests.

The role offers shift flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and access to a free season pass plus partner mountain benefits, along with discounts on resort services. Transportation is provided for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic cleaning procedures and safety protocols understood.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Clean and reset hotel rooms, restrooms, stairways, closets, and public areas.
• Stock rooms with fresh linens and toiletries.

Housekeeper

As a housekeeper, you’ll help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms, public spaces, and guest amenities throughout the lodge. Your attention to detail will help ensure every stay feels just like home!

What You’ll Do

• Clean and reset hotel rooms, restrooms, stairways, housekeeping closets, and public areas.
• Stock guest rooms with fresh lines and toiletries.
• Return dirty laundry to designated areas and restock cleaning supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart and storage area.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally with team members and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred - but not required)
• Understands basic cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Can lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
• Can pass a background check
• Is dependable, efficient, and takes pride in a job well done
• Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
