Responsible for delivering housekeeping supplies throughout campus and performing other general sanitation and janitorial responsibilities on a 400-acre campus. Help maintain cleanliness levels in all areas of the property.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning supplies and other related inventory to the housekeeping team across campus
• Responsible for trash and recycle pick-up and removal from various areas of campus
• Safely load and unload large shipments or pallets of housekeeping supplies
• Perform basic repair and maintenance on housekeeping tools like vacuums
• Responsible for the repair and installation of fixtures and dispensers
• Stock and restock inventory supplies across campus as needed
• Responsible for delivery of dirty and clean linens to various areas of campus
• Provide internal and external customers with quality service in a timely and friendly manner.
• Identify areas that need repair and complete maintenance tickets as appropriate
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Working knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual – English and Spanish
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and practices
  
  

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, move, push and pull equipment or boxes up to 75lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks
• Ability to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Ability to work on various indoor and outdoor surfaces including grass, turf, courts, etc. in all weather
• Ability to operate a golf cart safely and efficiently
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Requires the use of stairs on a consistent basis
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
