Job summary

Baptist Health & Rehab, a Cassia community in Bismarck, ND, is hiring a Housekeeper to join our best-in-class team. This entry-level role includes cleaning resident rooms and common areas, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment with training provided.

Position is Full-Time with a shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Wage starts at $17.75 per hour, experience-based raises, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day room and dining room, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
• Launder resident and facility clothing, including folding, labeling and distribution to resident rooms.

As aHousekeeper atBaptist Health & Rehab, you'll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents, staff and visitors by performing routing cleaning throughout our facility. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will play a key part in ensuring our residents feel comfortable and at home.

Position Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Wage: $17.75+ per hour depending on experience

Location: 3400 Nebraska Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day room and dining room, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
