Job summary

Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring a Housekeeper for the 7:00 am – 3:00 pm shift. Primary duties include cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas, dusting, mopping, changing bed linens, and keeping supplies stocked while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean.
• Reliable, flexible, and caring attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Good time management and task prioritization.
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other facility spaces.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
• Change bed linens and make beds in resident rooms.
• Ensure areas are stocked with supplies such as toiletries and linens.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
