Job summary

Highland Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia is seeking a Housekeeper for a Monday–Friday schedule of 4–5 hours per day at our 44-bed skilled nursing facility. You’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents, with opportunities to pick up extra hours in laundry when available. No experience?

We’ll train you. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a friendly, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Patient, polite, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to read and write at a job-appropriate level.
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn) basic infection control practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Safely mix, use, and store cleaning solutions.
• Properly label and remove infectious waste.
• Show up on time and be a reliable part of the team residents count on.
