General Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, club cleanliness and excellent finished laundry linens to the members and guests of PRO Club at a world class level, while enforcing rules and policies. Performs a variety of specific job functions: customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment in laundry, washing, drying, folding, delivering linens and related cleaning tasks while always going above and beyond.

Primary Job Functions

• Practices and enforces all safety and security procedures
• Keeps all laundry machines operating on a continuous basis, including washers, dryers and towel folders
• Empties all dirty towel bins in a timely manner- Sanitize carts transporting dirty laundry immediately after emptying
• Details all laundry machines daily
• Keeps laundry area stocked, organized, and clean including the floor, elevator, electrical box surfaces, kitchen area, cabinets interior/exterior, microwave and refrigerator
• Maintains washer chemicals and notifies manager in a timely manner when supplies are low
• Clean dryer lint filters every load and records on chart
• Fill out Action Request forms and out of order forms as necessary and turn into proper departments
• Answer all radio calls and phone calls promptly
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
