Sage-Haus seeks a dedicated Household Manager & Family Assistant to oversee day-to-day operations, meal prep support, and overall household coordination in Rochester, MN. The role supports a multigenerational family with two children and requires proactive systems thinking to keep the home organized and running smoothly.

Hours are 15–20 per week, roughly 9:00 AM–1:00 PM with negotiable days. Expect $28–$33 per hour based on experience; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification.
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and valid driver’s license required (mileage reimbursement for home-related driving within scheduled hours).
• Ability to navigate stairs as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the household’s day-to-day operational flow and ensure tasks move to completion.
• Create and maintain practical systems for household organization, routines, and upkeep.
• Coordinate with cleaners and other household support to schedule services.
• Identify needs before they become problems and propose practical solutions.
• Care for indoor plants and manage access and logistics when service providers are in the home.
• Manage the household calendar and coordinate school activities, camps, and appointments.
• Handle school and activity administration, registrations, forms, emails, and supply lists.
• Coordinate appointments and resources related to the children’s needs and support services.
• Research and coordinate family activities, programs, services, and travel, including packing and resetting the home post-travel.
• Follow up on outstanding household items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Manage inventory of pantry staples and household supplies; keep stocked.
