Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of customers’ homes.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and remove trash.
• Perform recurring, deep, move-in, and move-out cleaning services.
• Follow job notes and customer-specific instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and completeness.
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and other cleaners.
• Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Clock in and out accurately using QuickBooks Time.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive at appointments on time.
• New cleaners receive hands-on training and feedback from an experienced cleaner.

Cleaners travel to customers’ homes and complete assigned services according to company standards, customer instructions, and scheduled timeframes.

Primary responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of customers’ homes
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and remove trash
• Perform recurring, deep, move-in, and move-out cleaning services
• Follow job notes and customer-specific instructions
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and completeness
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and other cleaners
• Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Clock in and out accurately using QuickBooks Time
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive at appointments on time

New cleaners receive hands-on training by shadowing an experienced cleaner. The experienced cleaner provides feedback regarding cleaning quality, reliability, efficiency, and readiness to work independently. Cleaning quality is monitored through customer feedback, customer complaints, follow-up communication, and management review. Cleaners are expected to correct legitimate service concerns promptly and maintain Carole’s House Cleaning’s professional standards.

Employment and compensation
