Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Housecalls Community Liaison for the Dallas, TX market to promote services, build relationships, and raise brand awareness among community stakeholders.

You will analyze markets, visit healthcare providers and facilities to obtain referrals, and develop a marketing plan with clear timelines. Requires 3+ years in healthcare marketing or related fields and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and SNFs to obtain referrals.
• Analyze organizational strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of Ennoble Care's product line.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement marketing plan within schedule.
• Review analyses and plan on a set basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaisons for our Dallas, TX markets. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.


• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.


• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.


• Analyze past and current marketing data.


• Complete an analysis of the company's \"product\" line.


• Analyze patient/company relationships.


• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.


• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.


• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.


• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.


• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.


• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.


• Provide community outreach and education.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 - $95,000, + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
