Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a per diem Nights House Supervisor RN to coordinate staffing and resources across evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will supervise clinical and admin operations, mentor staff, and uphold patient-centered care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure.
• Minimum of five (5) years of acute care experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive nurse leadership experience.
• BSN preferred; BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate of services and resources during evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Staffing, disaster scenarios, and supervision and directions on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift.
• Maintains structures and processes that ensure patient centered care and supports the development of staff through mentoring and stewardship.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.

About Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH):

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years and has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval.

The 295-bed hospital with over 800 physicians, residents and allied health professionals, offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment. Qualifications
