Medical Surgical House Supervisor
As a House Supervisor at CHI St Vincent - Hot Springs, you’ll excel in your nursing career by leading a team of healthcare professionals providing care to patients admitted to our unit. Most patients are funneled in from other units, offering opportunities to build your experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency. Pediatric patients are also cared for on this unit, requiring specialized attention for their medical conditions. While pediatric admissions may not be daily, this unit manages this patient population as needed.
Leading a team responsible for caring for others is crucial. Our nursing supervisors oversee the quality of patient care and ensure individualized nursing care from each team member.
