Mercy Jefferson is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily hospital operations and coordinate patient care across departments. You will supervise staff, address issues, and maintain a safe environment while supporting Mercy's mission of compassionate service.

The role offers day and night shifts in Festus, Missouri, with opportunities to mentor nursing teams and gain exposure to executive leadership. This position emphasizes leadership, care delivery, and professional growth within Mercy.

Competenze

• Education: Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience.
• Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation.
