Job summary

Mercy is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily patient care department operations and supervise staff, coordinating activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to hospital policies. This role champions patient care, mentors nursing teams, and helps maintain a safe and supportive hospital environment at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.

• Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.

• Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation.
