Mercy Jefferson is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily hospital operations across patient care departments. This role will supervise staff, coordinate activities, address issues as they arise, and maintain a safe, supportive environment to ensure high-quality patient care.

The House Supervisor will mentor nursing teams, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to Mercy's mission of compassionate service.

Competenze

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• Three to five years hospital nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification prior to orientation.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of accredited nursing program
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience
• Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation
