Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Glendale Memorial Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nursing staff across patient care units. You will plan work, supervise delivery of care, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor staffing, allocate resources, document performance, and coach staff as needed. You will communicate with patients and families about care plans and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience and one year of leadership.
• Current and Active RN license for CA.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Current and Active Registered Nursing License: CA
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
