Position Summary: Provides support and oversight to the evening/night shift and weekend shift, making decisions in lieu of on-site administration.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing all duties of a Registered Nurse (RN).
2. Supervising nursing staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Mental Health Technicians.
3. Assisting with staffing, training, and education.
4. Participating in hospital governance and safety committees.
5. Conducting performance appraisals and staff counseling.
6. Communicating with leadership about incidents and staffing needs.
7. Ensuring hospital safety and security through rounds and incident reporting.
