Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse – House Supervisor at Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County in Two Rivers, WI. In this role, you’ll oversee the coordination of nursing and patient care services, make critical administrative decisions, and serve as the key liaison between nursing, hospital leadership, and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll help ensure safe, high-quality patient care by supporting staff, optimizing resources, resolving complex situations, and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization.

As a trusted clinical expert and resource, you’ll guide caregivers through challenging patient care needs, connect teams with appropriate resources, and help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. We’re Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

  • Required to obtain ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association

  • BSN required

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
