Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to oversee hospital operations and nursing care during night shifts. You will coordinate staffing, patient flow, and bed placement, acting as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments.
Leadership and clinical guidance are essential across shifts. The role requires an RN license in the state of practice, a BSN is preferred, and at least 1 year of nursing experience with leadership experience preferred.
Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57

They serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments, providing guidance, education, and support to ensure quality patient care. Additionally, they manage hospital-wide situations, assist with data monitoring, and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.

Compensation: Based on experience, plus shift differentials for night, weekend shift differentials
Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
1 year Nursing experience is required. Leadership experience is preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required as per local affiliate guidelines.
