Responsibilities

  • Support room attendants by delivering linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as requested
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobbies, and other public areas
  • Collect, transport, and distribute clean and soiled linens to and from designated storage or laundry areas
  • Empty trash and recycling containers in public and staff areas according to established procedures
  • Assist with deep-cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and spot-cleaning carpets and upholstery
  • Replenish housekeeping carts, closets, and storage rooms with supplies and amenities
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment and furnishings to supervisors
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards and use cleaning chemicals properly
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning for special events or high-occupancy periods as directed
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleanliness and service standards
  • Perform other housekeeping and support duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
