Description

This is a part-time position from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., working every Monday and every other weekend.

• Maintain good communication
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all program information
• Manage the house and shift-related tasks
• Provide child care and transportation using the agency vehicle as necessary
• Offer life skills training, outreach, parenting education, and emotional support to program participants
• Ensure participants understand and follow the guidelines/rules of the transitional living program
• Complete daily notes for each participant using basic computer skills
• Participate in staff and community meetings and events as requested
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with coworkers, supervisors, and directors, fostering mutual respect and trust
• Be flexible with duties and shift coverage
