Job summary

University of North Florida's Fine Arts Center-OPS is seeking a part-time House Manager to oversee Front of House operations at events in the 1,300-seat Lazzara Performance Hall and the 700-seat Robinson Theater.

You will supervise usher staff, act as the client liaison during performances, manage lobby set-up/breakdown, and run concessions while ensuring health and safety standards. A flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends is required.

Duties include supervising usher staff, acting as point of contact for clients during events, setting up and breaking down activities occurring in the lobby or other front-of-house areas, and managing the concession stand. Communicates with backstage crew throughout the event, manages compliance of the theater's health and safety standards, troubleshoots challenges during events, and greets patrons in a friendly and helpful manner.
