Best Life is looking to hire a Full-Time House Manager

Job Overview

Assist with individual’s daily needs including, but not limited to:

Managing a team of direct support staff

Communicating with care team, transporting to appointments, and overseeing medication/cares within the home

Following individual’s care plan and documenting behaviors

Providing direct personal cares such as feeding, bathing and giving medication

Helping with walking, exercise and movement, sometimes with the use of equipment

Providing a variety of activities at home and in the community to keep the individual engaged and active

Help provide a clean and positive living environment for our Individuals

Attend and support Individuals on outings in the community based on individual’s needs and abilities

Job Highlights

$45,000+/year

Gas money provided for driving to and from work as well as transporting the individual

Full-Time 1st Shift or 2nd shift

No caregiving experience or CNA certification required; full on-the-job training provided
