• Lead and support direct care staff to provide quality, person‑centered services
• Make sure each individual’s support plan is followed and updated
• Help manage daily home operations, schedules, medications, and appointments
• Provide hands‑on direct care and create a safe, positive home environment

• Someone with experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) who values person‑centered care
• A leader who’s comfortable supervising staff and also jumping in to provide hands‑on support when needed
• A steady, dependable presence who stays patient and calm during busy or challenging moments
• A reliable professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation
