Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- maintain the high levels of cleanliness at our facilities
- provide exceptional customer service
- follow facility policies and procedures
- abide by infection control guidelines
- interact with residents, families, and staff on a daily basis
- help make residents feel at home in their new environment
