Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, custodial, or cleaning experience is valued; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift and perform physically active work.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as hotel occupancy requires.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas to Hyatt standards.
• Change linens, make beds, replenish towels and amenities, and ensure each room is thoroughly prepared for incoming guests.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance needs, and lost-and-found items.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety matters, and guest requests promptly and accurately.
• Handle cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment responsibly while following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Work closely with fellow hotel professionals to support efficient room turnover and exceptional guest service.
