Molly Maid is hiring for a full-time house cleaning position in Ankeny, IA. No experience required; comprehensive training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist. You will follow Molly Maid’s proven cleaning system to delight customers and may earn tips.

A company car is provided to team leads, and you can earn a wage ranging from $15 to $24 per hour with weekly pay. Minimum requirements include legal work authorization, background check completion, and the ability to perform

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm.
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow established process.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide reliable and timely housekeeping services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
