Job Summary:

We are seeking a House Cleaning Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. This role involves traveling to customers' homes and performing various cleaning services.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates with integrity and efficiency, and pays attention to details to make a positive impact on our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and communicate professionally with partners
• Discuss cleaning needs with customers professionally
• Use provided equipment effectively, including vacuums and cleaning solutions
• Clean all surfaces in the home: fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, floors, etc.
• Clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard floors, and furniture
• Move furniture as needed to clean underneath and behind
• Transport cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in maintaining supplies and equipment
• Maintain a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude, be dependable, punctual, and wear uniform

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership abilities
• Previous residential cleaning experience is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their uses
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable with physical contact with pets, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
