Job summary

Cynthia's Cleaning Services in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to perform residential and commercial cleaning with care and attention to detail. You will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a sparkling clean environment and upholding our high standards.

Flexibility is key: shifts include mornings, afternoons, some evenings, and Saturdays with a mix of part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities and tasks.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Good communication and friendly demeanor.
• Physical tasks: bending, lifting, standing, climbing ladders, moving furniture as needed.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and some Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering a sparkling clean environment.
• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Basic English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Location: Frankfort, IL and surrounding suburbs (approx. 30-45 minute radius)

Role Summary
