Favorite Day Maid is hiring a full-time Residential Cleaning Technician to care for homes in the Treasure Valley. This role emphasizes reliability, quality cleaning, and clear client communication, with a weekday schedule and no nights or weekends.

After initial training, pay scales with hours per week and includes weekly pay, client tips, and bonus incentives. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided in a supportive local company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Own a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Available Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled clients' homes using own vehicle.
• Follow cleaning procedures: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Leave rooms tidy and welcoming, maintain high-quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

$21–$26 per Hour After Training | No Nights or Weekends

Favorite Day Maid is hiring a full-time Residential Cleaning Technician to care for clients' homes throughout the Treasure Valley. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, takes pride in doing things well, and wants to be part of a supportive local company.

PAY THAT REWARDS YOU FOR WORKING MORE

After your first week of training, your hourly rate is based on the number of hours you work each week:

• 25 hours or fewer: $21 per hour


• 26–31 hours: $23 per hour


• 32 or more hours: $26 per hour

You’ll also receive:

• Weekly pay


• 100% of your client tips


• A $10 bonus for every client review rated 9 or 10

You'll work hard, but you won't be left to figure everything out on your own. We provide clear training, established cleaning procedures, and ongoing support to help you build your skills and succeed.

WHAT YOUR WORKDAY WILL LOOK LIKE

You’ll use your own reliable vehicle to travel to scheduled clients' homes. At each home, you’ll follow Favorite Day Maid’s cleaning procedures to complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and leaving each room orderly and welcoming.

This is active, fast-paced work. You’ll be on your feet, moving between rooms, carrying supplies, bending, reaching, and paying close attention to details. If you enjoy staying busy and seeing the results of your work, you will love this job!

Professional cleaning experience is valuable, but dependability, attitude, and willingness to follow our system are what matter most.

YOU MUST:
