Merry Maids of Richmond, Warrenton, & Fredericksburg is hiring a House Cleaner / Home Service Professional. You will clean homes to our standards and help customers maintain a tidy, comfortable living space.

We offer paid training at $15/hour plus split tips with the trainer, weekly bonuses for punctuality and quality, and opportunities to earn extra through 5-star cleanings and referral bonuses. Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30–5:00, with some Saturdays, and PTO accrues from day one.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screen
• Able to work solo and in a team
• Have a car with valid driver’s license and insurance (reimburse mileage)
