No Experience Required

We'll teach you everything about cleaning houses using our proven process. Delight customers with our simple system so they keep coming back.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week). No nights, weekends, or holidays. Our compensation plan allows you to control your income.

Pay Details

• Wages generally from $13.00 to $18.00/hr based on experience, quality, and speed
• Opportunity to earn up to $600/week
• Paid training at $12/hr
• Weekly paychecks
• Potential paid time off, up to 5 days/year

Responsibilities

• Clean homes according to Molly Maid standards — follow our process and delight customers. Tips are possible!
• Communicate professionally and positively with customers and team members. Show care for their homes, and you'll succeed.

If You're a Team Lead (Driving Our Vehicle)

• Manage team schedules and drive safely — responsible for driving to cleaning sites.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.

Job Requirements

• Available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm.
