The pay range for this job is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour. Pay is dependent upon your experience, your quality of the work, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.Plus, more income can be earned from bonuses and tips!

You will be responsible for:

• Cleaning customers’ homes according to the Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and you will delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!

If you’re a Team Lead (driving our vehicle), you will:

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely - The Team Lead is responsible for safely driving himself/herself and his/her team.
• Maintain equipment - The Team Lead takes care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensures that the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position are:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Able to communicate with clients
• At least 1 year EXPERIENCE REQUIRED as a professional home cleaner.
