Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring for a full-time house cleaning position based in the Kirkwood, Missouri area. You will receive a guaranteed hourly wage with the opportunity to earn more through weekly bonuses and tips. A company car is provided for daily use, and all cleaning supplies and insurance are included.

No nights, weekends, or holidays, with a schedule that offers stability and growth potential. We provide training, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
• Need to be able to get to our office in Kirkwood each day

• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

Job description

You must report to our office in Kirkwood, Missouri every morning! Once you get here, you use our car while you work! No wear and tear on your vehicle; we provide the insurance; no low mileage reimbursement!

We provide all equipment, all cleaning supplies, the car, and the required insurance — everything you need, you get from us!

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $1000 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
