Job summary

Molly Maid in Brentwood, MO, is hiring full-time house cleaners. You report to the Kirkwood office each morning and use a company car with provided insurance. No nights, weekends, or holidays. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with pay ranging from $16 to $25 per hour depending on experience and performance.

You will clean homes to Molly Maid standards, interact professionally with clients, and assist with equipment maintenance. Advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks.

Location and Hours

Location: BRENTWOOD, MO, 63144. You must report to our office in Kirkwood, Missouri every morning! Once you get here, you use our car while you work! No wear and tear on your vehicle; we provide the insurance; no low mileage reimbursement! We provide all equipment, all cleaning supplies, the car, and the required insurance — everything you need, you get from us! Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays.

A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $1000 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE! The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

• If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle): Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
