Location: Mount Clemens, MI 48043. This role offers training and opportunities to advance, with a flexible schedule. Full-time position with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. Earn up to $750.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you may earn even more.

Base pay and benefits

Benefits include a guaranteed minimum of $15.00 per hour up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, quality of work, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards; follow the process to delight customers; communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a team lead (driving our vehicle): manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment; ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
