Job summary

Molly Maid in Falls Church, VA is hiring for a full-time housekeeper. No experience required—we provide training, a proven cleaning process, and opportunities to advance. You’ll work a stable daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

As you perform cleaning to Molly Maid standards, you’ll earn pay ranging from $16 to $23 per hour, plus tips and benefits. A company car is provided for work, and advancement opportunities exist within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients

They pay range for this job is $16 to $23 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
