We will teach you everything about cleaning houses using our proven process. You'll delight customers with our simple system, encouraging repeat business.

Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days a week). No nights, weekends, or holidays. Our compensation plan allows you to control your income.

Pay:

• Wages generally from $13.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience, quality, and speed
• Opportunity to earn up to $600 weekly
• Paid training at $12.00/hour
• Weekly paychecks
• Potential paid time off, up to 5 days/year

Responsibilities:

• Clean homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our process to ensure customer satisfaction and tips
• Communicate professionally and positively with customers and team members

If you're a Team Lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage schedules and drive safely
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure vehicle is stocked

Minimum Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Background check clearance
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
• Availability Monday to Friday, 7am to 5:30pm
• Good communication skills
