Job summary

ecomaids is seeking team members for cleaning service roles with on-site hours in the United States. The position includes hourly pay plus daily performance bonuses and tips, plus paid on-the-job training.

Examples of growth include advancement to team leaders, trainers, managers, or even branch owners. Schedule is 8–5, Monday–Friday, with overtime possible in evenings or weekends; company vehicles and cleaning supplies are provided; compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or service-minded demeanor.
• Experience as a driver with rideshare or delivery services.
• Experience in service industries such as restaurants, entertainment, or retail.
• Willing to work a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services to clients using company equipment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive interactions.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

• You have a customer service background such as CNA & Senior Caregiver, or are service-minded
• You have a transportation background as a driver with Uber, Lyft, or other delivery company (i.e. Ubereats, DoorDash, Postmates)
• You enjoy working in the service industry whether that's restaurants or entertainment (i.e. bartender, server, barista, retail cashier, etc.)
• You have experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeping, warehouse, or in assembly and enjoy a dynamic, team environment
