The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our Team Leaders earn an average of $19.00-$24.00 per hour, paid weekly. Our Partners earn an average of $16.75-$18.75 per hour. You are also provided a company car.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

• Our office is close to a bus route
• Earn paid time with every hour you work after your first year, up to 40 hours a year in vacation!

Here's what you will be responsible for:

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and you'll delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

If you're a Team Lead:

• Manage the team's schedule and driver safety.
• Maintain the company car.
• Maintain equipment.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
